Since 1998, Preggi Bellies has been changing the face of fitness for pregnant and post-natal women. Now more than ever, women understand that they can actively improve their strength, fitness and overall wellbeing throughout their pregnancy and create a healthier life habit.

Preggi Bellies has trained more than 10000 pregnant women- more than any other gym/program combined.

What is Preggi Bellies?

Preggi Bellies is a training program designed by physiotherapists, especially for women during pregnancy. It consists of a one hour long exercise class set to the latest music.

The Preggi Bellies program offers effective total body re-shaping after childbirth using step, weights and mediBall Pro*. It is designed for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced.

Classes are run in aerobic rooms of local fitness centres, at varying locations. Sessions are arranged at convenient times and locations to suit both at home mothers and working women.

From its inception, the Preggi Bellies program expanded rapidly, being the first of it's kind to allow pregnant women to exercise at higher levels under the supervision of highly qualified and experienced staff.

It was also the first Australian based program to exploit the stabilising properties of the exercise ball in pregnancy.
