I agree to inform Preggi Bellies* in writing of any
change to my pregnancy or health, or of any condition that would affect my
ability to engage in physical activity, prior to the commencement of a
session. |

I understand that any exercise carries with it a risk of injury and I accept
this risk and do not hold Preggi Bellies* responsible as a result of any
injury sustained during class. |

3. |
Preggi Bellies* will not be held responsible in any way for circumstances /
injuries that result directly or indirectly from Preggi Bellies classes. |

4. |
I give Preggi Bellies* permission to contact my emergency contact / medical
practioner / midwife / therapist should the need arise. |
|
5. |
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform my doctor / carer that
I am participating in the Preggi Bellies exercise program. |

6. |
I agree to attend a minimum of twice a week in order to be eligible to
attend Preggi Bellies classes. I understand that if I arrive after the warm
up section of the class or wish to leave early, I will not be able to
participate in the class and that the class will be forfeited. If I breach
any Preggi Bellies* guidelines (including attendance guidelines) I may be
asked to leave the program. I have been provided with the members guide and
understand and agree to its contents. |

I understand that sessions are valid for 12 months from date of purchase,
and that it is my responsibility to use all sessions before their expiry
date. Once the expiry date is reached, sessions cannot be used. Preggi
Bellies* will not contact me prior to the expiry date of my sessions. |

I
understand that fees / sessions are not refundable and not transferable
under any circumstances (see 5 above, including and not limited to change of
address, class time change, venue closure, or change of mind). In the case
of illness or any unforseen pregnancy complications, sessions remain valid
for 12 months from the date of purchase. The sessions are mine to use upon
my recovery or after the birth of my baby prior to their expiry date. In the
instance of miscarriage and termination of pregnancy, fees will be refunded
less a 15% administration fee deducted from the total purchase price. |

I agree that any booked class will only be replaced if cancelled at least 5
hours before the class start time, or by 5pm Friday for all weekend classes,
irrespective of circumstances (however, if in any case an instructor does
not arrive for a class or a class is unable to run at the fault of Preggi
Bellies*, the class will not be charged for and will be credited back to
me). |

Preggi Bellies* reserves the right to vary the prices / terms and
conditions/ venues/ class format. Notice of changes may be made to you via
email or personally delivering the notice to you. |

11. |
Preggi Bellies* reserves right of admission to classes and the program. |
|
12. |
I have read the above statements and agree to all terms & conditions. I
release Preggi Bellies* from all claims. |

I acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions are updated regularly and that
I must check the Preggi Bellies* web site on a regular basis to see if any
changes have been made to these Terms & Conditions. I agree that I am bound
by all Terms & Conditions on the web site.
Unlimited Memberships are unable to be extended under any circumstances including but not limited to Preggi Bellies cancelling any classes. |
